- Una vez completado el pago, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación que funciona como tu pase de beneficios y prueba de crédito prepago.
- Al llegar al restaurante (The Spot), simplemente muestre el correo electrónico recibido al personal. ¡Y listo, listo para disfrutar de su comida y bebida!
¿Qué pasa si no uso el monto prepago completo o lo excedo?
- El monto de $100 se aplica únicamente para el consumo de alimentos y bebidas seleccionados, y debe utilizarse durante una sola visita al establecimiento.
- Si su consumo total excede los $100, el saldo restante deberá cubrirse y pagarse directamente en el establecimiento al finalizar su visita.
- Este crédito de $100 se considera un valor fijo de consumo. Si su consumo total es inferior al importe prepagado, no se emitirá ningún reembolso por la diferencia. Debe consumir el valor prepagado completo ($100) durante su visita.
¿La propina está incluida en el importe prepago?

What happens if I don't use the full prepaid amount or if I exceed it?
- The $100 amount is applicable solely for the consumption of selected food and beverages, and must be used during a single visit to the location.
- If your total consumption exceeds $100, the remaining balance must be covered and paid directly at the venue upon the conclusion of your visit.
- This $100 credit is considered a fixed consumption value. If your total consumption is less than the prepaid amount, no refund will be issued for the difference. The full prepaid value ($100) is required to be consumed during your visit.
Can I request a refund?
No. All purchases made through Jappy
Club are final and non-refundable.
We operate with a system of limited spots and special rates with our allied restaurants. Therefore, under no circumstances will refunds be issued to the original payment method.
- What happens if I change my mind or decide not to use my experience?
If you have not yet used the experience, you can request a Jappy Club Credit, which is valid for 60 days and can be applied to any other available experience on our platform.
Important: The credit is not redeemable for cash.
- What happens if I don't attend or don't use my experience ("no-show")?
The experience will be considered fully consumed. Therefore, the Jappy Club Credit option and any type of refund do not apply.
- Policy for Installment Payments
By using installment payment platforms (such as Klarna, Afterpay, etc.), you enter into an independent agreement with that platform.
- You must complete your installment payments, even if you decide not to use the experience.
- Jappy Club cannot cancel or modify the installments and will not issue refunds to your Klarna/Afterpay account.
- If you do not use the experience, the only applicable option is the Jappy Club Credit.
Is the experience transferable?
Yes. You must notify us who will use it.

Once the restaurant contacts us via email, we immediately activate an exposure strategy for their business. By removing the barrier of economic impediment for customers (through our flexible payment system), the restaurant ensures a greater influx of visitors and significantly expands its client network.
