At Jappy Club (operated by the legal entity What We Came For Corp) we respect and protect the privacy of our community in New York City. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and safeguard personal information in accordance with New York State and United States law.

1. Information we collect

  • Registration and identity data: name, email, phone, social media profiles and profile photo (for both creators and spot representatives).
  • Location information in New York: geolocation data used to show restaurants, businesses and collaboration opportunities near the creator across the five NYC boroughs.
  • Platform content: messages, collaboration requests and deliverable status.

2. How we use your information

We use this data to connect New York businesses with digital content creators and to keep interactions on the platform safe.

3. New York privacy rights and data deletion

In accordance with New York State privacy laws (including the NY SHIELD Act) and App Store guidelines, every user has the right to request permanent deletion of their data and profile at any time from the Settings / Profile section in the app, or by emailing jappyclubnyc@gmail.com.

4. Location permissions

Location is only requested when a creator makes a recording check-in at a spot, to verify they are within 100 meters of the venue. Signing up and logging in never require location access.
