Terms & Conditions of Use

Jappy Club is an intermediary meeting point designed to connect businesses (spots) located in the New York metropolitan area with digital content creators for the production of organic social media content.

• Delivery deadline: the creator agrees to edit, publish and/or deliver the agreed content within a maximum of one (1) week (7 consecutive days) from the recording date at the spot.
• Clean, professional content: creators must produce high-quality, respectful and positive content. Defamatory, hateful, explicit or reputation-damaging material is strictly prohibited.
• FTC compliance: creators must follow Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules for the transparent disclosure of collaborations on social media.

• Honoring benefits: restaurants and businesses registered in New York agree to fully honor the hospitality, meals or benefits agreed with the creator inside the app.
• Safe space: the business must guarantee safe and suitable conditions for the creator to do their work.

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York City.

Jappy Club reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles that miss delivery deadlines, break agreements or violate community rules.
