Terms & Conditions of Use

Jappy Club is an intermediary meeting point designed to connect businesses (spots) located in the New York metropolitan area with digital content creators for the production of organic social media content.

• Delivery deadline: the creator agrees to edit, publish and/or deliver the agreed content within a maximum of one (1) week (7 consecutive days) from the recording date at the spot.
• Clean, professional content: creators must produce high-quality, respectful and positive content. Defamatory, hateful, explicit or reputation-damaging material is strictly prohibited.
• FTC compliance: creators must follow Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules for the transparent disclosure of collaborations on social media.

• Honoring benefits: restaurants and businesses registered in New York agree to fully honor the hospitality, meals or benefits agreed with the creator inside the app.
• Safe space: the business must guarantee safe and suitable conditions for the creator to do their work.

All applications, creator registrations, and collaboration requests submitted through Jappy Club are subject to a mandatory review process. Jappy Club explicitly reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, delay, or revoke any application or account status at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree that approval is not guaranteed. Under no circumstances shall Jappy Club, its affiliates, partners, or owners be liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising out of or related to the rejection, denial, or termination of any request or membership. You expressly waive any right to initiate legal proceedings or claims against Jappy Club regarding application decisions or access to the platform.

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of New York, United States, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York City.

Jappy Club reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles that miss delivery deadlines, break agreements or violate community rules.
